Retreat Journey for Saturday, December 3rd:
Phase 1 Mind - 11-12:30pm:
Doubts and negative thinking can stress you out and bring you down.
First we start the retreat by establishing a secure, sacred space and a gentle, relaxed pace so that you can feel safe enough to unwind.
Then we'll give your worries and negative thoughts a place to go so you can see your blindspots and get into the right headspace.
Even if you come in distressed, you'll get focussed, clear headed, and kind in your mind.
Phase 2 Movement 12:40-1:45pm:
Mindfulness work is so important, but it won't give you lasting results if you stay stuck in your head. Now it's time to take your journey a level deeper and get into your body!
Experience the somatic method that unhooks neural loops and safely releases stuck stress, painful emotions, and energy blocks from your mind, cells, and heart.
During this phase you'll get grounded, create a loving bond with your body, and expand your ability to feel relaxation, pleasure, joy, and internal well being. It feels like magic, but it's neuroscience!
Phase 3 Embodiment 2:15-4pm:
This is everyone's favorite part!
You're in the right headspace for love, your body is open to receive love, you've got the support of this circle of loving women to give you the energy boost you need - now you're primed for embodiment to happen!

Elizabeth is an expert in the neurobiology of trauma and happiness. She is a certified Louise Hay, "Love Yourself Heal Your Life" teacher, author of the best selling workbook, "Supercharge Your Love Vibe," public speaker, founder of TheHappyWomanAcademy.com and co-host of the podcast, "Slow the F Down Show" with Casey Hall.
Elizabeth's trauma informed, neuro-based approach skillfully combines her 29 years of physics based hands on energy healing, somatic awareness & movement, brain training, and Conscious Manifestation Embodiment work with mindfulness, compassion, and humor. She's given over 300 of her award winning workshops worldwide & thousands have benefitted from her phenomenal healing skills.
Motivated by healing her own depression and PTSD symptoms, Elizabeth has dedicated her life to helping others overcome the long-term physical and emotional effects of trauma and learn how to love themselves.
Elizabeth has worked with some of the most influential people in the world, including: multiple billionaire industry moguls, academic thought-leaders, Olympiads, famous musicians, royalty, and international heads of state. She also has a star clientele including Britney Spears, Simon Cowell, and Sharon Stone, just to name a few.

Casey has spent the past 12 years fine-tuning her passion for helping people improve their relationship with themselves.
She began her career teaching nutrition and physical activity to children and adults with disabilities and was even a high school sex ed teacher!.
Then Casey went on to teach wellness on a larger scale, focusing on disease management, weight loss, and holistic stress management.
After coaching thousands of people, she recognized there was a missing piece to the holistic wellness equation.
Through spending 2 years getting certified as a Sex, Love, and Relationship coach, she realized that forming a healthy relationship with your sensuality was the missing piece.
Healthy sensuality means being connected to your senses, to the messages that your body is constantly giving you, and understanding how this connection plays a crucial role in your relationship to yourself and others.
Casey is now a full-time Healthy Sensuality Coach and co-hosts the podcast, "Slow the F Down Show" with Elizabeth Menzel.
